Returns & Refunds Policy
At Daily Wear Club, every item is made to order just for you. This means your product is created after your order is placed, helping us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Because each item is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Color preference
• Ordering the wrong item
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please make sure to review the size guide, product details, color options, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@dailywearclub.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once we review and approve your request, we may issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept physical returns unless we specifically ask you to send the item back.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, we are unable to replace it because each item is made specifically for your order.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Once processed, it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dailywearclub.com.
Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Daily Wear Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
